weeds are overgrowing onto sidewalk and over fence and through the fence, makes it difficult to walk by

this light goes on and off, it will stay on for quite some time, then it goes off

tenants were evicted from this house, the owner of the property got a dumpster and it is full of garage and the lady next door now has roaches, people are stopping by going thru the garbage in the dumpster which has sat there for quite sometime.
