trash in the alley and all over, place is becoming very dirty, litter everywhere

voice mail was left - several issues need to be addressed: no permits, single dwelling family home - someone living in upper level, seems to think there are several code violations.
several pot holes on entire street, the street is in really bad shape
traveling on Rockwood to Gilbert at the corner there is a overgrown Fir tree that is drooping and blocking the view to see if traffic is coming on Gilbert. He couldn't tell me which direction he was traveling
tree is overgrown on to 2212 W Vernon Ct hanging on the garage and house and wires
weeds and grass need to be cut
