Concerns over a dead tree that has been dead for years. Strong winds or rain could possibly bring it down on either house, vehicles, or pedestrians. Please consider this issue when you have time and use available resources to resolve it. Thank you and you guys are doing a great job!
This neighbor missed trash pick up and so is just leaving all this trash sit out for the next week. There is actual loose garbage that is blowing around the neighborhood. I have reported this neighbor for this same issue multiple times and it keeps happening.
I live behind westlake shopping center and as soon as the landscaping starts getting put in and the grasses and whatever plants start growing, we have traffic issues. Because there is a curve you go around, people can’t see people coming around the shopping canter. My family and I and neighbors have had multiple instances of having to hit our breaks to avoid hitting people. They pull out as they think it’s clear. I can’t blame them as I have done it too leaving the shopping center. I can have others put in complaints as well. Just trying to get ahead of it as I seen they have already been remulching. My mother also had someone pull out of the shopping center and start driving into on coming traffic. It is very hazardous/risky to try to drive around the shopping center. I have personally been involved in an accident at this location. Please fix for the safety of us.
Is anyone responsible for picking up the litter that remains on many of the grassy medians/sides of the road? Esp along Knox and war, the ramps to 74, grassy areas by mall etc
Walgreens grassy area strewn with litter. Business owners should be required to keep their property clean.

Garbage can has not been taken out for pickup in a couple of months. Black plastic bag on ground next to garbage can. Child’s chair on top of can. Fence around the pool not complete. No locking gate.
