I have been finding dog crap in my yard from my neighbors. I've left them a note on the door asking them not to have the dog in my yard.
I submitted case 43500 on 10-26-21; it shows a status of closed and resolved but nothing has been done. The trench dug by my neighbors (702 W. Brow Ct.) near the property line to divert rain water still presents a significant safety hazard. I added soil to that part of the trench which they dug on my property without my permission. When snow was recently forecasted, I purchased and placed flag markers along the trench to hopefully prevent anyone from injuring themselves stepping into a snow-covered trench. But someone removed the flags (my neighbor I assume) and kept them. When will this issue truly be resolved (in the Spring?). And in the meantime, can the homeowner at least be instructed to do something to minimize the risk of injury when the trench is covered by snow?

2809 Lehman Rd has had a pile of rock like debris on the street with two orange cones around it for a month.
There is a creek behind my house with power lines over it. Several trees have fallen over in the creek and look like they will affect the power lines. How do I report this to someone, in order to prevent a future power outage? The address to actually access the power lines would be between 5004 N. Ronald Road and 5008 N. Ronald Road.
Builder (s) (Armstrong & Scott Lewis) who own lots on unfinished street of Sommer Place Neighborhood - Ironwood (intersecting) Water Oak Dr...Builder (s) is attempting to build numerous houses simultaneously which is causing numerous safety concerns with traffic (cars and people) even more concerning is the amount of waste, obstruction and concern for driving. The street has turned into an undriveable trap for destruction to car and safety of bystanders. The amount of debris in the roads makes driving this route impossible which causes rerouting to longer ($$ and time) option.

I live at 626 W. Brow Ct., Peoria. My house and my neighbor's house (702 W. Brow Ct) are extremely close on one corner due to the lot shapes. Earlier this year my neighbor at 702 W. Brow Ct. dug a continuous trench (channel) from their backyard, under the fence, and then another 30 ft or so along the property line - with the purpose of diverting water from their back yard toward the street. This trench is about 5 inches deep and at least 5 inches wide (perfect size for someone to accidentally step into and break their ankle). Aside from being a significant safety hazard to me or anyone working on my lawn, the trench is diverting so much water that part of my front yard is being flooded with back fill water. This past summer, when they were extending the trench toward the street, the roots of a tree on their property were in the way, so they dug part of the trench on my property without my knowledge or permission! I've waited all year for them to improve the situation; they've done nice work on their back/front yards, but nothing to improve the side yard. Sorry I don't have the means to upload a picture, but the problem will be self-evident when you see the site. Thank you!

Is it legal to park a camper in your drive for several weeks at a time? Like a large camper you would pull behind a truck? I was just wondering. Thanks, Tim
