city left this on Sheridan near Heisers Garage 1728 N Sheridan. across from new testament church
continued barking dogs. owners leave dogs outside in rear yard and dogs constantly bark during day and night. about 5 dogs.
Good job on looking into the fire department costs. if 80% of the time it is medical n not fire. we need to find a way to reduce these fire truck costs. this is exactly what we need to do to keep services n yet cut costs. keep up the good work
