The plywood is cut at this property and have squatters entering in where the plywood as been cut.
Caller states that at the corner of Adrian G Hinton and Saratoga there is a yellow house that caught fire and once had the windows boarded now has some illegal occupation as well as the lot next to it with tall grass and weeds.
Broken windows. Someone is staying inside. There is activity.
People are also using the house although it's empty.
Partially boarded home but people are still entering. PPD has been called and has arrested persons on occasion. Please re-board because they made a hole in the house.
People are entering a boarded home through the windows.
Caller states that the house is empty and is open to the public with tall grass. Caller sates that kids go inside this vacant home and he does not want this unsafe home in his neighborhood. He says he lives a few doors down and he pays his taxes and will not tolerate this kind of property in his neighborhood and something should be done about it.
No utilities on in house, house is boarded up, someone living in here illegally. (Keeping a dog in the bathroom and it sounds like its being abused at night--caller was referred to PCAPS for the dog)

1409 N Bestor St Caller states that this home has squatters; a woman with her children. Caller states that they are dumping feces in the back from a bucket because there is no electricity or running water.
