Bathroom sink leaking, fallen off the wall, leaking into basement
Garage needs painting. Paint is peeling to the bare wood.
Trash all over inside of home, not livable, feces and rats inside. Resident is in hospital and will most likely not come home. Caller is a relative and asking for guidance on possibility of condemning home. Please call first to schedule a time to visit residence.
Senior living facility, residents do not have their own kitchens in units. Complex has shut down public kitchen, including access to sinks, and management is on vacation for at least a week so residents have no way to wash dishes or cook meals.
Water is off because landlord hasn't paid sewage bill in over 2 years. Caller is on dialysis
Home seems abandoned- roof is falling apart and shingles are flying all over the neighborhood. Worried it's a safety hazard.
Carpets are wet, flooring in bathroom is leaking water, numerous other issues in home. Resident would like Code to come out to tell property management that issues need to be fixed.
Family room, bathroom, etc. has water that smells like feces. Bedrooms are wet. Couldn't sleep in home because of the smell. Lower level of apartment. Management isn't being responsive.
Drain problems. When dishwasher and washer is used produces feces/sewage in bathtub and water around base of toilet since April 2022
Fridge isn't operable. Toilet is leaking and the floor is wet. Management told her to use her towels to absorb water. Wood is breaking apart from cabinets in the kitchen.
