Brian Schneider, who lives at 4034 N Bryer Place here in Peoria, is running an illegal automobile repair service out of his Driveway. There are currently 10 vehicles taking up both sides of the street, going around the corner on Willow Street. This has been going on for far to long now, and the Neighborhood is upset, with it being hard to get up and down the street, and pulling in and out of your driveway.
