SR # 70147 White full size Buick has parked in front of my house for 3 weeks, expired temporary license and flat tires. Several hours ago Peoria Police tagged vehicle as abandoned with flat tires. At approximately 5pm the owner of the car resides as 1830 N. Peoria saw the sticker and proceeded to scrape the sticker 7/19/2021. This owner has 4 other vehicle some of which have no license tags
