SR#68061 There is a large tree by the back alleyway of 1211 W. Millman. The tree is only erect because it has fallen partially against another tree. My concern is that it can fall on service personal ie. garbage pickup or residents in the vicinity of the tree. Someone could be seriously injured. I'm not aware of who the owner of the property is but someone should take care of this hazard as soon as possible. Thank you.
A company (I think it was the Illinois water company) has left a giant hole in our front yard since the end of last summer, they came and filled it with concrete put a caution sign around it and never came back to fill or re grass it. I have small toddlers that like to run around our front yard and I’m afraid they are going to trip or fall playing around it. Is there anyway you guys can have someone come out here and clean up and fix this for us please
SR#68014 Caller reported that there is a Lawn Care Trailer sitting on the street and it is difficult to pass by the vehicle due to the street being too narrow where the trailer sits. Caller said she called about this previously. The Trailer need to be moved.
Caller reported that this is the 5th time calling about the neighbor leaving their garbage can sitting on the driveway. When the City comes out they put the garbage can where they should be then eventually they put them back on the driveway on the side of a junk vehicle.
Excessive storage on property that is visible from the street and side. Vehicles that don’t move and may not be registered. There is a vehicle that blocks the sidewalk at various times of the day and night for long periods of time. There appears to be a large number of pets onsite and a smell that radiates from the house.
SR# 67456 Episodes of flooding in our alley. Floods our yards and garages. Knee high water in our garages twice last year.
Caller reported there are a lot of vehicles on this property which looks like a used car lot and a lot of junk in the yard which looks like a junk yard. Caller noted that he has been reporting this issue for approximately two years. Would like it cleaned up.
SR#67082 My back yard includes part of the ravine that runs thru Rolling Acres. Several trees have tape around them. No idea how long it has been there. I have no idea why. I know a lot of work was done in the revine down stream about 2 years ago. I am wondering if the trees are marked to come down for some reason. Thought i would check with the city to see.
I want to know if I can put a 20' flag pole near my sign that is off of Knoxville Ave. I have attached photo of sign and where I would like to place the pole.
I live in the Withershin Point Condominium Association. on 2/22/2021 The gutter fell off the roof over my balcony and ripping the balcony outdoor light off. I emailed Property Management (S&S Properties) on 2/22 after the incident happen to let them know. It is 2/24 and no one from S&S Properties has contacted me, the wires are live wires if the switch is turned on. The gutter is causing a barrier to exit through the balcony door.
