Dumpster area at these apartments has many bags of trash as well as all kinds of loose trash all over the ground.
Address for reference. Alley full of garbage and small furniture spanning the whole 1200 block. Alley can be entered from either Garden St or Starr St.
Back yard completely covered with trash and house/construction debris. Caller says it is visible from the alley behind the house.
Pothole needs filled in front of this address.
