Walls are crumbling and peeling due to severe on-going water damage. Tenant has been raising the issue with property management since she moved in in 2021 but they've been unresponsive. Issue has persisted and gotten much worse. Tenant doesn't want to leave her children in their rooms at night due to deteriorating walls.
RENTERS WAIT WEEKS AT A TIME TO SET OUT TRASH THEN SET IT OUT SEVERAL DAYS EARLY OF PICKUP. THE RACOONS AND RATS SPREADING TRASH EVERYWHERE FROM THE OVER FLOWING DUMPSTERS AND PLASTIC TRASH BAGS SITTING ON THE GROUND. THIS IS CONTRIBUTING TO THE RAT AND MOUSE PROBLEMS AT 1616 S LYDIA. THIS TRASH HAS BEEN SITTING SINCE 10/10/22. THE TRASH COLLECTOR WOULDN'T TOUCH IT WAS INFESTED WITH ROACHES.
Renters moved out and left junk in the front and back yard. They ran into the support beam on the front porch with the moving truck and it looks like the porch roof could collapse. The kids next door have been poking around over there, doesn't look safe to me.
City told complex they must have cameras inside and outside the building. The cameras are inoperable and management is unresponsive. (A pole has 4 cameras on it but they aren't operable) Tenants are also spray painting indoor cameras rendering them inoperable. THIS AREA IS NOT SAFE!!!!
There are several bags of garbage that have been opened and spread throughout her back yard for weeks now. Some people came and cleaned up the awful mess a while back and this began the next day.
Back porch has been torn up since about Feb 2022
open Dumpster in drive since Feb. being used for household garbage. Car parked in lawn for most of summer.
