Vacant house may have squatters inside. Side window is off. and grass is overgbrown
Basement apartment. Fridge inoperable and windows are sealed shut. Tried to open but was unable to budge. No way to circulate air. Landlord is unresponsive. Has a 5 YOM with asthma and a heart condition.
Lawn chair and plastic swimming pool on their A frame roof- safety concern from neighbor. Caller called back 6/17/22 to add that a couch is now at the same property.
Elevator is inoperable and residents are unable to traverse the building, doors to entry doors are chained, Main entry door isn't locked as it should be for security. Caller had to ring bell for over 30 minutes to response from anyone. Walls have peeling paint and there is concern regarding lead paint, multiple ceiling tiles are missing and exposing leaking pipes.
Only allows residents to enter through keypad, but keypad does not always work. Caller believes residents should have access to keys as well
House is structurally unsound. Renters have been experiencing sinking/shifting floors and rooms that used to be flat-floored now have slopes. Landlord has been unresponsive to this issue for 2 months.
Garage rotted out, unstable structure. Animals living in property.
Caller states that roof work is being done and it is raining in his home. The wind has blown the tarp off his roof. He has tired to contact his landlord and the workers but nothing has been done.
Vacant home. Currently boarded. Someone ripped the board off cellar and there is now a big hole. (Previously had a pad lock but it was torn off with the door) Lots of children in the area. Has been known to have squatters
