1413 S Stanley is updated address. Abandoned church/mortuary (3 years). Dangerous and full of rodents etc. Would like for it to be demolished.
In ground pool is unsafe and needs to be addressed per caller noting has been done and she has called several times
Abandoned building at the corner of Humbolt and Stanley with people coming and going at all hours. This property needs boarded up and baited for rats.
There was a housefire at this address last winter, house was never boarded up. Now, front door is wide open to the unsafe building. Neighbors worried about kids in the area playing in it. Asking for it to be boarded up.
Caller states nothing has been done about this property and that the garage is in despair.
Abandoned home. The city had previously boarded up the house but someone has removed the boards and people have been seen coming and going. Also, the garage in back of property is collapsing--someone removed the door to the garage and its full of general debris and you can see the rood caving in from inside. This could be a hazard for children in the neighborhood.
Resident here has built a 3 story structure in backyard, about 10ft from property lines with neighbors.
3ft deep pool with no fence around it in the front yard. No adults seen outside. Pool is full at all times.
Swimming pool in front yard with water in it. Unsafe for children.
Neighbor is concerned that the people in this home have no running water. Has noticed people going into the backyard frequently and the smell of urine and feces is so overwhelming people in the neighborhood can't go outside without smelling.
