Someone broke in through the side window and leaned the plywood against it from the inside. I saw someone come out of the window before. 616 Haungs Ave. Peoria
The problem house is located at 1221 N. Bourland Peoria, IL. 61606 - The house is located near my parents house. It is an unsafe structure that is hazardous to neighbors and children. It is in total disrepair. There is junk filling the whole front covered porch. A window is open on the second floor. I am sure there are critters inside. I am not sure if the occupant is there anymore, neighbors have not seen him in awhile. The garage is also in disrepair. The back yard is over grown with vines and brambles. They are also growing up through the back deck. You can see items stacked up near the front window that is wide open. I am asuming the entire house is hoarded.
423 W Columbia Ter in Peoria remains a nuisance property. Guys go into and out of the garage through the wide open door, and into and out of the house through the collapsed rear of the building. Rumor was that the neighborhood guys found a safe inside and have been busy trying to break into it. Now, what looks like a safe is in the back yard attached to a large cable for... hauling? It must be heavy! Thanks for your help.
there is no furnace it hasnt been a furnace this house been cold for months i have to use my stove for heat there is anomals in the walls air coming through the windows basement animals coming in an out holes in the walls water leaks in the basement this house is not stimulated the landlord wants me to pay him rent when theres no heat this house has termites its a tree growing in the foundation where its coming through the basement it needs an inspection ASAP...
The basement window is broken out, and and animal traps have been placed outside - there was an opossum in it this morning! The garage door is wide open, and people are going in and out with trash bags. Debris all over. Thanks for boarding up the doors to the house, but this is still a nuisance area. The building remains near collapse in the rear.
