Needs boarded up. Back door is hanging off, windows broken and neighbors have seen kids going on and out on the weekends.
A car hit his vacant house several months ago and no one ever cleaned up the damage. Trees in back yard shedding limbs all over, gutters full and falling off house. Multiple broken windows all around house. Whole house is in disrepair, neighbors think there may be squatters.
Smoke detectors chirping in multiple apartments. Unsure if chirping is coming from apartments or the hallway.
Building has no running water and questionably grounded electric and someone is operating a barber shop out of it. Caller does not believe this building is up to code nor that the business is licensed.
Bars over the windows. Can't be opened. This was done because the windows won't open or lock. The residence is currently vacant. Caller states this is a fire hazard.
There is a structure built behind this house and someone is living in it. There is also tons of debre and garbage as well as an extension cord. Neighbors are very concerned about this property, they think more than 9 people are living in this 2bd house. Neighbors say the home owner is aware of all these things going on. Code enforcement has been here before.
House in foreclosure. Tuesday the PFD posted it as uninhabitable. Caller would like property boarded up. Also Peoria living in that property for days at a time.
No water heater, or furnace in home. Wire is really bad inside the home and doubt the home will make it through the Winter. Home really needs to be inspected to assure no one dies in there. Person is buying property but living inside in this condition.
Trailer, truck, and a camper place on lot not belonging to them. Running a generator from trailer to camper. This has been going on for over a week.
Structure being built in backyard, neighbor doesn't think they have a building permit.
