Grass is overgrown and bushes need to be trimmed
. Door is open and has a bad smell emanating from it, trash is in the backyard people are entering from the backdoor (no door on the house. Front is boarded up). Grass is overgrown
Someone regularly dumping yard waste and trash behind this property, not coming from property owner. They think it may be form the abandoned house next door.
Box spring and mattress sitting outside house for two weeks.
Caller states the yard has over grown grass, weeds and bushes.
The Grove Apartments. AC still out at Grove Apts multiple buildings. Maintenance has been completely unresponsive to fixing AC in multiple buildings. Multiple tenants in this building 1425 are resorting to using window units that are not secured and in danger of falling and hurting someone, but this is only because maintenance is not fixing AC and claiming it is not their responsibility.
