Dead raccoon at the front door of this property. Can see dead animal as you head down Knoxville and if you pass by walking, it smells bad. Needs removed.
Vacant property - Junk that has been piled up in the garage for 20 - 40 years. Creating an animal/rodent shelter. Garage door is open.

Took garbage out too late. Did not get picked up by garbageman. Owners need to get the garbage up they have left out at the curb. Cannot be left out for another week.
Dumpster has been sitting out for sometime at this vacant property. Trash is blowing all over.
Trash all over alley area. They have a mattress and box spring leaning on their fence from the inside of it in the backyard.
Left garbage bags all along side the garage. They placed the garbage bags out on Sunday. Would like this removed as soon as possible.

The rental unit 2817/2819 W Scenic Dr has a large amount of debris sitting at the curb. Garbage collection for our street is Tuesday and this has been out there since at least then. It was either rejected by PDC or they have added to it. Please get this cleared up...it looks like a dumping ground and scavengers are starting to cause it to become strewn about. Thank you.
