3525 W Sylvan Ln overgrown grass and trash
Caller states that the property is not occupied
River West Apartments. Tenant says the complex only mows the lawns that are visible from the outside streets, and that the grass in the centers and back of the properties are already over 1ft tall. They say management has been made aware but they are unresponsive to concerns.
Grass in side yard overgrown, nearing 1ft tall. Tree in backyard overgrowing in to powerlines, caller was particularly concerned about this.
