Potholes in the alleyway. 2700 block of Starr St.
S. Warren Street between W. Martin St. and W. Ketelle St. Full of large potholes
When on Richwoods and turn right on Kingston, the potholes are in front of the first driveway actually on Kingston Dr
Address for reference. Reservoir pot holes terrible in both lanes stretching the entire length of the street.
1100-1200 block of E Maywood at intersection of Atlantic Pot holes
Dayton and Northcrest Water is rising slowly from asphalt. There are several large cracks. This is in the intersection PRIOR CASE #45947
