RE: CASE #52155 This hazard still exists and dangerous. A city lawsuit just waiting to happen.
Bars over the windows. Can't be opened. This was done because the windows won't open or lock. The residence is currently vacant. Caller states this is a fire hazard.
2nd major water leak in two weeks at Poplar Hall on the ICC Peoria campus. 3rd such leak in the past 3 months. Water in walls and carpet. Major plumbing and heating repairs done. Work ongoing without sufficient mold remediation for these or past events of same nature over several years with this building.
3100 NE Madison Ave Missing back door. Unsecured property.
MediPark 3 parking deck is breaking apart.
This house has do not occupy stickers on it. This is a dump that nobody is doing any repairs on. Please tear this eyesore down. Its ready to be demolished.
Garage is falling down and rodent infestation
There is a structure built behind this house and someone is living in it. There is also tons of debre and garbage as well as an extension cord. Neighbors are very concerned about this property, they think more than 9 people are living in this 2bd house. Neighbors say the home owner is aware of all these things going on. Code enforcement has been here before.
House in foreclosure. Tuesday the PFD posted it as uninhabitable. Caller would like property boarded up. Also Peoria living in that property for days at a time.
