Please tell landlord to put a railing on the outside concrete steps. There's 12 concrete steps that get very icy and dangerous. Someone is going to get seriously hurt trying to walk up the icy steps. Fence falling apart. Falling down. Gate is broken.
Mold in utility room back wall falling down Lauryn Ross who also stays here has severe asthma and has been 2 the hospital for wheezing twice i have told my property management they workers have came out but have yet to fix or told me that they was going to do anything about it. Mold causing structural damage, caller states that it is falling into his utility closet.
Raccoons living inside. Crawling in and out of roof over rear entry porch. Yard waste dumped in front yard. Been there for 4 weeks
Moved in 10/1/21 & has been like this since I moved in & been mentioned it to the landlord & still hasn’t been fixed as of 7/15/22 there lot of deca around the pipe & they telling me to pay out of my pocket for it. A refrigerator that has been constantly leaking water since I been here still hasn’t been fixed. I moved in 10-1-21 & Kitchen sink pipe been having Decay around it & still has not been fixed. & landlord trying to make me pay for the whole replacement of underneath the sink. My refrigerator has been leaking water sink I have moved in food has been going bad & always have paid my rent on time & nothing still has not been fixed & I have a 1yr old baby boy. Which makes it a hazard. Refrigerator Has be freezer burning my food or my food has been I thawed at times. The has been wholes in the walls were recently roaches have been seeping into & coming in the the apartment & the landlord claims there’s nothing wrong with the apartment & won’t do anything about it
Large tree at the front (left of the front driveway) of this house is rotted out at the bottom need to be cut down. It is Dangerous!. A lot of Leaves and weeds in the side and back of this home which has been there for the last couple of years and need to be cleaned up. A portion of the grass was recently cut but not all of the grass in the back of the house and side of the home. Property needs cleaned up.

SR # 71136 Sidewalks on the west and east side are not accessible with wheels. Areas surrounding are in disrepair. We have to stop and cannot navigate easily on our way to school. Please put in an ADA accessible sidewalk at this location. Thank you
SR # 70569 entire alley is bumpy deteriorating needs repairs immediately. entire residents in area have signed class action suit as we’ve reported this horrible unsafe alley numerous times , and still no repairs done constantly replacing tires due to uneven gravel in alley chaotic.
sr # 70396 Sinkhole underneath sidewalk. Near storm drain that was fixed at red carpet last year.
SR # 70340 The curbs and sidewalks on Adams ,Apple & Warren Streets in front of our buildings have some hazardous breaks, dips and cracks in them. Some have large sinking areas which can cause someone to easily fall and seriously hurt themselves. These curbs and sidewalks have not been repaired for years and have deteriorated to an alarming state.
