Road drain clogged running into the street
Property management non responsive to emergency work order placed on 12/14/22
Needs boarded up. Back door is hanging off, windows broken and neighbors have seen kids going on and out on the weekends.
House is in disrepair, roof unsafe, paint peeling, etc.
A car hit his vacant house several months ago and no one ever cleaned up the damage. Trees in back yard shedding limbs all over, gutters full and falling off house. Multiple broken windows all around house. Whole house is in disrepair, neighbors think there may be squatters.
Please tell landlord to put a railing on the outside concrete steps. There's 12 concrete steps that get very icy and dangerous. Someone is going to get seriously hurt trying to walk up the icy steps. Fence falling apart. Falling down. Gate is broken.
Smoke detectors chirping in multiple apartments. Unsure if chirping is coming from apartments or the hallway.
Double A's bargains & bins. The store has so much in it that you can't pass, They don't have room yet add more each week. Just needs to be cleaned up. Fire hazard
Building has no running water and questionably grounded electric and someone is operating a barber shop out of it. Caller does not believe this building is up to code nor that the business is licensed.
