Owner of this lot cannot mow down the hill to where her property ends because of work being done there by a company IDOT has contracted. Caller says the area in question is the start of Rock Island Trail, and the company doing work there has left things such as metal poles laying in the tall grass and she does not want to accidentally ruin her mower or risk her health by wading through the grass not knowing what is in it. Can the company be made to clean up and clear some of the grass so that the property owner can safely tend to her property?
