This care has been sitting in front of my neighbors house for over a week. The owner said it was broke down, but he has not returned to take it away.
North bound right lane before light. Blew out tire immediately.
Street light was recently installed and is not angled properly. He has contacted you before and told it is Ameren. Ameren says it is not an issue. It absolutely is and needs corrected. It's spotlighting my brother's house. He has photophobia after losing an eye late 2019. This is causing him blindness being directly pointed at his house and it is a potenial health hazard if he were to miss a step and break a leg! The house across from him is completely dark. While him and I find street lights to promote safety and awareness to surroundings at night, this one is a nauisence! Please fix ASAP. **I tried to attach a picture to show the issue, please feel free to email and I can attach proof of street light angle and how it is directly angled at his house.
