Dead cat in street just off sidewalk.
This street light is not lit properly. If it is on, it is only for a few minutes and then out for long periods of time... hours.
Concerns over a dead tree that has been dead for years. Strong winds or rain could possibly bring it down on either house, vehicles, or pedestrians. Please consider this issue when you have time and use available resources to resolve it. Thank you and you guys are doing a great job!

Dead raccoon on north bound university lane
On thursday, I noticed this animal on pioneer parkway near Allen road. It was on the median.
This neighbor missed trash pick up and so is just leaving all this trash sit out for the next week. There is actual loose garbage that is blowing around the neighborhood. I have reported this neighbor for this same issue multiple times and it keeps happening.
Dead raccoon in the road. Smells strong and lots of flies. Has been there for weeks now.
