Re: case number 50598, the property owner was never notified if an abatement was completed and needs verification via court purposes. Said she does not believe the abatement was completed.
Rats on property - Please bait. NO PETS OR CHILDREN
This property has not shown any activity aside from the grass being cut, however, there is a pool in the back yard that has water in it since I purchased my property next door. Lots of rodents and bugs are everywhere and my tenant is asking if someone can take a look. The water is soiled one the pool. This is a safety and sanitation issue.
Caller states that she has an infestation of rats that are eating through her kitchen wall gaining accesses into her home. She states that she has a cat.

There is ground hogs terrorizing our block that are coming from this home. We have asked this home owner to cut the grass in the back multiple times as this is where the burrows are located
