Multiple large, significant areas of destroyed asphalt / potholes. Needs asphalt filling and also remedial crack sealing.
War Memorial Dr in front of Grand Prairie Mall has large chunks of concrete, rocks, and debris from open potholes and cracking pavement. Please fix as vehicles are not designed to handle roads like this at 45 mph
Pothole on Koerner Rd just south of War Memorial next to Weacer Farms and current road construction is very dangerous. Traffic cones route traffic right into upheaved pavement chunks. unacceptable. please grind flat and patch temporarily until work has been completed
