SR#38869 Both sides & sidewalks in Starr Terrace just off Glenn Oak Avenue have overgrown trees and bushes that block the sidewalks. As a result of the sidewalk being blocked, pedestrians have to walk in the street, which is dangerous with vehicles coming down the hill with blind curves.

Will the city be removing or mulching its leaf litter on the Uplands Boulevards? The grass will grow better and look better if this is taken care of.
