Caller insisted this was a property maintained by the City of Peoria... Grass has not been cut since fall of 2021.
Park area across from Kelly Seed (202 Hamilton Blvd) tall grass and weeds use to be maintained by Mayor's Youth Program according to caller
Address for reference. Fire hydrant across from this address is being overgrown with weeds and tall grass exceeding 1ft.
Empty lot at corner of Millman and Webster is overgrown
Overgrown weeds behind retaining wall. Each side of retaining wall also has grass growing into the street and blocking water from draining into culvert. This is starting to flood areas of this address.
Empty lot at corner of Forrest Hill and Indiana, grass is over 1ft tall.
This case was entered previously with Community Development, a work order was issues 09-17-2021 and has yet to be fulfilled. There is a tree line between this property and their neighbors property where the greenery is so overgrown that cars cannot see around it. The overgrowth sits on a curve in the road and it completely blocks the view of traffic. It is also off of two busier streets near the corner of W Forrest Hill and Gale, behind the Dollar General.
