Caller reported due to feces - she has rats on her property. They need to clean up the yard.

Home owners have multiple dogs. They do not pick up their waste. Have seen rats in yard and near alley.
Caller reported a "Dead Beaver" in the street (by the curb) in the 2200 N. Knoxville across from McDonalds. Caller would like for it to be removed.
Dead rat on sidewalk across from 905 Northmoor. On the south side of Northmoor road
Raccoons and rats and possums are coming and out during the day. Inside walls are coming apart. Holes in floors. House appears to be empty but light is on. This house is a hazard to the area.
Caller reported a large racoon is lying dead in the street.
The storm inlet drain in front of our house, 2833 W. Playden Drive has wasps in it. When we are out mowing and edging they attack. Please have someone come out and remediate.
