Serious mouse problem. Has abundance of mouse droppings. Manager moved one family from building and this caller has issues and phobias about mice and is extremely upset. Orkin comes out on Wednesdays but hasn't treated this building. (Management has even put mouse traps in her nightstand drawers!!!)
Owner would like outside of building baited for rats with attention the area near the alley. Owner requests that upon completion of baiting, the city workers just pop in to the store at 1910 and let them know baiting has been completed.

I'm reporting ongoing massive wildlife feeding at 3430 W. Dorchester Rdg. A "rodent house" for chipmunks & squirrels was constructed in the rear of this townhome. These 2 men are feeding bags of 20 lb. bird feed also attracting 100's of birds, moles, mice, groundhogs as well as squirrels & chipmunks. Bird droppings are everywhere. I've contacted the city at least 2 other times. Thank you in advance for your attention.
RAT - PLEASE BAIT ALONG ENTIRE FENCE LINE. RATS HAVE BEEN SEEN
Caller states that there is a rat problem coming from the home behind him and he will like to have his property baited.
