SR#69231 very big pot hole. serveral more between this location and prospect. starting at 806 E Mcclure to prospect
SR # 69170 5900 N. Tampico Dr. to 5917 N. Tampico Dr. The blacktop is all broken up in to chunks and washed away leaving large depression, holes etc. water rushes down street in rain storms and dangerous to walkers. Its all along the odd number sude of street. Please fix. Thank you.
SR#69031 multiple potholes at intersection and on individual streets by 1016 W Brons. some in that intersection by that house and others are on N Bourland and N Brons in that area.
SR#69030 Pothole on the left lane of MacArthur highway headed from east peoria. Pothole is right on the start of the uphill part.

SR#69014 there are probably 50 air gun cartridges in the street at the intersection of Sterling and richwoods on the west side of Sterling. if you could send a street sweeper or something I think a motorcycle would wreck if they hit those
SR#68994 Not sure why my address was not retained in last 2 reports. This is for 3014 N Mission Rd. There is a pothole at the end of our driveway that is gradually getting bigger. Next time the crews are out, could they fill this hole and a couple others between our house and Forest Hill. Thank you

SR#68530 large chunks of gutter missing everywhere on Miramar just after turning from University. A goot 20% the lane is gone and this road squeezes 3 lanes in this little area.
