This property has been vacant for years and is in very bad shape/falling down. Rodents all over. Needs baited.
Previously CASE #52039 for baiting for rats--resident says no one ever contacted her (there is a note in the original case for resident to be contacted) and she doubts anyone has come at all because she ahs not found any dead rats. Resident asking for bait to be set again. Please contact resident before coming out as she has small dogs and needs to know when the bait will be present for their protection.
Mouse infestation in home. Management said they'll send pest control (yesterday). Mice and rats outside also - Please bait outside area
Property has rats in home. Laundry room has open holes to the outside large enough for animals to come in. There are also large holes around the outside of home.
Serious mouse problem. Has abundance of mouse droppings. Manager moved one family from building and this caller has issues and phobias about mice and is extremely upset. Orkin comes out on Wednesdays but hasn't treated this building. (Management has even put mouse traps in her nightstand drawers!!!)
