Overgrowth, fallen retaining wall, lack of siding
Owner moved out a few months ago and is now renting the property also high weeds and brush and tree limbs piled in the backyard Weeds all around the garage
Water undermines road and curbing. Drainage problem
Operating as a rental house when it is not registered as a rental house. The owner has people move in and out regularly (like he has 5+ people living there at a time it seems and they stay for a while and leaves. The house only has 3 bedrooms so only god knows where they are sleeping. House is in disrepair. This is a slumlord that lives in his own house. This is an unregistered rental home that is also a unregistered business. He had it as an air bnb and the Knolls Neighboor association made him get rid of the listing but he still operates as an air bnb.
House is being used as a rental home. Tenants never mow grass and have garbage all over the place. Tree in yard is completely dead too.
Owner is using home as an Air BNB, is not registered as one and considering this is a R4 residential area I know it is illegal to run one without be registered. This home single handedly is lowering my property value because of the people renting the house out on a weekly bases having large parties. Can someone from the city please look into this?

5833 mackinaw dr peoria il 61614. The property has been vacant for about 5 years. A service comes and mows when the grass gets so high it’s illegal. The bushes have grown over the windows and a door on garage is falling apart. No one ever appears to go inside and who knows what is in there. Bugs,rats,mold old food etc. a homeless person could be in there and I believe a bank owns it. Why can’t someone find out who this is and either fix it up or tear it down.
