This house was purchased the middle of April. The new owner told neighbor it is going to be rental property. It has not been rented yet. Owner is failing to keep the property mowed. Currently, most of yard is 7-8" tall. Rain no excuse as other neighbors are keeping their yards maintained. We do not want a slum lord on this street. Do not know owners nsme but drives a red mustang with license plate number CR64842
creek that runs through our backyard is filled with litter debris. this is causing our property line to erode when there is heavy rain. the drainage pipe is fill3d with debris. we has responsible ciyizens have on and off cleaned our side of the creek. but cannot do it all the time . we dony hqve proper equipment to clean or pick up the debris. we used shovel. which obiviously doesn"t help. so my humble request to city is to help us out on this matter. as you can see in the picture erosion on our property line because of this issue.
The seams of an old patch are opening up getting wider and deeper
building scrap not picked up by garbage man. now blocking alley
lawn overgrown, garbage cans strewn over the back yard, trees down and overgrown brush
house in disrepair, tall weeds, downed trees
dead raccoon on right side of roadway traveling westbound on lake.
Large amounts of waste have been sitting in this alley for nearly a month now.
the home has been vacant for years or else I'd discuss with the owners directly. it only gets cut after it has been cited.
