was not informed of work to street and definitely was not informed that the would be digging in my yard. noy only is the city damagi g my property without informing me first but they are also leaving lsrge open holes in the ground with no barrier except caution tape which is not only unsafe but also an osha violation. there are lots of small children in our neighborhood some of which are unsupervised at times. just one child gets hurt in one of these holes and the media is going to make peoria look worse than it already does. geg on the ball contact your residents if you have to dig on their property and know full well thst i wont be happy with you just filling in the hole. i will want new sod to replace the grass i lost and if my herringbone brock sidewalks are disturbed i will expect the city to put them back correctly.
it looks like you know about this, but there are no cones or warnings for drivers up. i am asking for information on when this is going to be worked on. our neighborhood is currently getting gas lines replaced.
