House half torn down for 2 months. No building permits
Article 7, Part A, Section 7.1.i. of Appendix B (Zoning Ordinance) states in part, "Landscaping and screening shall be required in Residence Districts in accordance with the regulations established in Article 16." 5233 and 5241 N Big Hollow Rd are zoned R2. 5233 has a three-sided fence constructed on the property. It has already been determined by the City that this is not considered an "accessory storage building" as defined in the code, so it must be considered a "fence," since there is no other category into which it could fall. Section 16.8.c. of Appendix B states in part, "All fences, required or otherwise, shall have the finished face directed toward residential property, where residential property is adjacent to or across from the subject site." 5241 is adjacent to 5233 and the fence on 5233 (back yard) has the unfinished face directed toward 5241, in violation of the ordinance. It is also in violation of 16.1(a) and (e), in that it denigrates the visual appeal of 5241 and threatens its property value. The fence as constructed is clearly an eyesore for the property at 5241.
Driveway crumbling and washing into street and chimney mortar and plaster crumbling and blowing all over.
Missing siding, soffit, peeling paint, porch railing failing and completely off one end of the porch. Weed 2 feet high around house. Believe to be rented but not shown as registered as rental property. Becoming a real blight on an otherwise nice street. Please address quickly.
Lawn Needs to be mowed, bushes need to be trimmed. I realize Forest Hill is under construction but other people have kept their yards up. Also there is an obstruction of when you are turning left from north north onto Forest Hill from the corner Bush Thank you
