The people living there moved out. The lawn hasn’t been mowed in weeks. It’s only been mowed once this year. The yard is way above what is allowed.
Vacant and advertised for rent on Zillow
Abandon house. Vacant for over 4 years. House is a wreck. Abandon cars parked in back. No plates vin number blocked. No one lives here. People always in home at all hours of the night. No power at house. Car in back police said need to be towed. Not allowed to park in your back yard.
The trash cans have again been in the street for 2 weeks. There is trash all over the yard and driveway. The back yard has not been mowed and there were mattresses, etc laying in the back yard. I’m tired of 1014 keeping our neighborhood trashed. I’m constantly picking up trash that goes all over because of these people.

Non-owner occupied. It has been a rental for several years. Unoccupied for about a year now. Yard is overgrown. Siding is in disrepair. Garage roof has a hole. Animals living in the soffits.

Foundation collapsed. Talked to city code numerous times. Nothing being done. Don’t feel safe in my own home. Have wife and kids. Needs to be tore down!!!!! Not safe for human habitation! Hasn’t had windows for two years. Open to elements.
