There needs to be better visibility for school zone signs around Peoria Academy on Willow Knolls drive. There is almost zero compliance with the 25 mph speed limit.
Speed limit sign for 2600 2700 & 2800 blk N. Dechman Av I meant to say 15 miles an hour if it could be done. Thanks !!
Now that there is a new stop sign at the top of Union Hill. With the rain people going up the hill are not able to get traction due to wet pavement and no momentium
Pedestrian crosswalk sign at Jefferson and Walnut near Born paint has limited effectiveness- traffic does not stop when pedestrians are at crosswalk, sign is too high, flashing light or additional signage similar to what on Washington near museum block is better solution to increase pedestrian safety.
The parking lot across from the Riverplex is city owned. For the Fourth of July they are charging $40 for four people to park there and an additional $10 per person in car for the Elite program. Why can't I park in a parking lot that I find. When did the city allow elite to get a permit to use city parking to generate money ? Carl cannons program is not above any one else or citizen. City parking is paid for by the people and should not charge the same citizens who pay for it.
Street needs re striped. Traffic headed North on Adams after crossing Western can't see yellow lines.
Car parked right next to stop sign on Harrison at Jefferson.
I wish to convey my sincere appreciation to the Peoria Police Department for ticketing motorist for traffic violations in the Uplands Area due to the Main Street construction project. The speeding has become excessive in recent days on Institute. Hopefully this action will result in motorist operating their vehicles at the posted 25mph in a residential area. Peoria cares has made a believer out of me.
Road sign laying in the street due to wind.
On Institute between Main and Columbia Terrace, has the no left turn between the posted designated times been lifted due to the construction? Secondly, speed limit of 25 mph not being followed by motorist. Your question will be forwarded to the traffic sergeant as well as your concern for people not following posted speed limit, for extra traffic patrol.
