There is a very large tree that is at great risk of falling on my house should it come down. I believe it is growing In a city easement.
Who is responsible for this easement? It is overgrown with lots of weeds! It does not belong to 317 W. Barrington Rd, but is an easement behind their property.
Grass has not been cut all year, extremely tall! Can’t believe code enforcement is able to overlook properties like this! About ready to contact my city councilman to complain about lack of response from code enforcement. I have reported properties next to this and still nothing has been done. Shows report closed.
I filed a report and then front grass was cut but back grass by ally was not cut, has not been cut this year and pile of brush in back yard by ally still there. Do not understand how a report can be closed without checking to see if issue was resolved.
