SR # 70629 please fix sewer odors at the intersection of Madison and Caroline
SR#70001 New drains are blocked off with what be looks like protective cushioning. Recent and heavy rain caused severe flooding and high levels of water on pavement .
. Water backing up from sewage drain causing flooding
SR # 69964 Drainage/Sewer pipe underneath N Oakwood @ Deerbrook, specifically the NE corner, is excessively clogged with rotting leaves and debris. As a result, rainwater is unable to properly drain away. This is now a health hazard as the water is completely stagnant. On hot days, the smell is repugnant! Additionally this is an ideal location for nesting mosquitoes.
SR#69556 Water is backed into my basement and is in my walls and carpet. Roto rooter came out and discovered that it is a city sewer system issue. I’ve seen a city worker come out and note that indeed the sewer is holding water. I need to know about how I get the basement restored and when the sewer will be in working order.
SR#69495 strong sewer odors from storm drains at Caroline and Madison
SR#68396 Caller complained about the Storm Drain that need to be cleaned. She noted that she is a 70 year old lady and tried to clean the storm drain so it will not back up water but was unable to do so. She would like the City to come out and clean.
SR# 68382 Clogged drain. Today’s rain is a lot heavier than normal but the back of the four connected yards where the drain is, always looks like this even when it’s a small rain shower.
SR#68373 Storm sewer has a suspected breach on the north side of red carpet. Water is dumping behind it in the field, and cascading across parking area toward disabled ramp. I believe there is a void/sinkhole risk where the water dumps into the field.
