A set of 4 tires has been littered on the street. Has been there for almost a week.
SR#69541 Neighbor put out tires Tuesday evening. They are still there Thursday afternoon. How long do the residence of high Street have to look at this problem?

Tire in the alleyway between N California & Missouri Ave. (closest to E Frye Ave) across from large white garage on alley corner (mine). The Missouri Ave property has had a lot of trash out for pickup recently, people moved maybe? I already have 2 tires in my garage that were dumped and don’t want this one ending up on my property too. Thank you, Debra
Missouri property appeared to have been cleaned out, large amounts out for trash pickup recently. There is now a tire in the alleyway between Missouri & California (closest to E Frye Ave). I already have tires in my garage that were dumped that I still need to dispose of. I don’t want more ending up on my property. Thank you... Debra
