Crumbling retaining wall. Gutters falling apart underneath. 1011 n Glenwood
SR # 71136 Sidewalks on the west and east side are not accessible with wheels. Areas surrounding are in disrepair. We have to stop and cannot navigate easily on our way to school. Please put in an ADA accessible sidewalk at this location. Thank you
SR # 70569 entire alley is bumpy deteriorating needs repairs immediately. entire residents in area have signed class action suit as we’ve reported this horrible unsafe alley numerous times , and still no repairs done constantly replacing tires due to uneven gravel in alley chaotic.

SR # 69952 There is a dead tree that has broken from the trunk and is currently being suspended by another tree’s branches… Someone could get very hurt if walking on the pedestrian sidewalk. This is a serious accident waiting to happen, with the possibility of blocking traffic.
SR#69552 Missing fence. A walker or child on a bike could easily fall to the jagged rocks & concrete below.
SR#66176 The holes in the road are excessive. There is a hole right in front of my driveway that was down to the rebar before winter started. I had a delivery driver sprain his ankle. I’m surprised he didn’t sue me and the city. Right now as you look at Austin Drive, there are many more patches, hastily repaired sections and existing holes than original road. It’s getting ridiculous. I know you folks are under huge budget constraints but we pay quite a bit in property taxes here in Northmoor Hills. Thanks in advance. Douglas S. Kerns
Contacted both Ameren and Comcast about the low hanging cable. 2015 Lehman There is a low hanging cable wire across the road.
SR#64498 Need asphalt repaired in front of house to prevent deterioration of street and cover to work done in coordination with city about 5 years ago.
