High volume low frequency noise apartments.
Trees growing over street. Trees obstruct view of cars coming around corner and overgrowth prevents pulling far enough over when cars cut corner.

The roadway has been closed for quite some time with no apparent change in conditions or work being done. Illinois American Water has not responded to my inquiry about timeframe for reopening. Do you have any new information? Sheridan Road southbound near McClure. Thank you.
