4713 N Woodview Dr. Yard full of junk
There is an above ground pool and there is no fence Around the pool. I believe all pools need to have a fence around them per city code.
Trees have been dead and completely burnt for 2 years - complete eyesore on corner of street. Owner needs do remove

434 Hanssler Detached garage on alley has window broken out. Carpet remnants been laying there for months. Weeds and overgrowth in backyard and through the fence. Car in driveway does not run. Not current tags.
Excessive overgrowth on alley side. Gutter falling off garage. Absent landlord does not maintain yard
Young vandals have broken windows out and have attempted to break into this long vacant house. Board up services are needed to prevent further damage. This property should qualify as a nuisance property. If it doesn’t I’d like someone to explain to me why it doesn’t.
