Empty lot is overgrown with weeds and brush and has dumped yard waste in it.
Contractors didn't mow the ROW or weeds in front of lot. Laid straw and it's all over the placed. Spread over neighbors property and across the street

Harmon St. Between Reservoir and Grandview Ave. Area is really overgrown and sticking into the street. The debris is growing up around stop sign and impeding the view.
Property fence line is overgrown with bushes that is/has turned into trees blocking the area and giving people places to hide.

Empty lot at corner of Millman and Webster is overgrown
Overgrown weeds behind retaining wall. Each side of retaining wall also has grass growing into the street and blocking water from draining into culvert. This is starting to flood areas of this address.
