We have seen several rats. Their backyard is unkept and full of garbage, also piles of debris is the alley by garage where rats can live.
Rats were visible in yard. Lot of dog feces , and just a lot of junk in yard. Causing rats. Yard needs cleaned up and truck isn't parked on paved surface. I want to remain anonymous Person at this house has several guns. And is at times very hateful.
Rat Burroughs around multiple Pole buildings at seven Oaks Apartments. Including building number two and number seven but not limited to those two buildings.
This is the 2nd time reporting bugs coming from 4018 University to 4022 University. I live at 4022 and must pay someone to come out & spray again!!! I am not rich. This house has set empty for several years & who knows what other rodents are inside.
