Missing window in attic. House is trashed on the inside and looks like squatters are there while owner is in nursing home.
Leaves piled in yard and not touched entire season. Some garbage in yard as well.

There is a burnt down house here around 400 Hanssler Place address by the creek. Someone has broken in the front door and it is wide open now. Please secure and this should be demolished asap. Thank you
Neighbor around the corner has dumped multiple large tree limbs in his front yard a month ago. Other neighbors are upset and apparently at least on has preciously contacted the city to get this resolved. Please have something done to clean up this issue. It is something that hurts property values
Large amount of 8 foot fencing sitting on curb. Garbage did not pick it up due to size
The “Play Slots Here” banner from Untamed chef is obstructing view of oncoming traffic when turning out of Kingsway Dr, especially when it is windy and the banner is waving around.
2- 15 ft. Tree limbs sat on roof for 3 weeks until wind blew them on driveway. Owner dragged and dumped them on his front yard where they have been sitting for over 3 additional weeks. Please have him clean up his yard. No other neighbors leave messes in their front yard in the entire neighborhood.
Garbage pickup was Friday and cans are still on the sidewalk
