Caller states that her neighbor at 2013 W. Harper Terr has a rat infestation and that they are coming into her yard. She would like to have her house baited as well as the neighboring house if possible.
Caller states that something bit her in her home. Stating that something ran across her foot and will like her apartment baited for rodents.
